Pilot helmet

Lonewolf Customs custom design Pilot helmet features X Wing/Tie Pilot style helmet forehead and mohawk, symmetrical earcaps, and the perfect accessory for flying your space fighter. Also included is our standard baggie of resin "greeblies" for you to utilize to customize your helmet, armor, weapons, or other props.

Our original design the Pilot is the same size as a movie Boba Fett helmet, typically fitting up to a hat size 7.5. The measurements are the same as the "blank" except for the top which has some extra space due to the mohawk shape. Our helmets are hand cast and therefore thicknesses can vary helmet to helmet, however they are typically about 1/4" thick. We recommend going by your hat measurement to decide if this helmet will fit you.

Helmets come as a raw cast, as shown. You will need to cut out the t-visor area(s) vents where applicable, sand, prep, and prime before painting your helmet. If you would like to purchase finishing services, please view our finishing services page

Please note, the rangefinder is not compatible with the Pilot Helmet.

*This helmet observes the asymmetry of the original Fett helmet from the original trilogy.

Pilot helmet

This is my second one, very well done easy to prep and paint. Very comfortable to wear and always get compliments on the helmet.

This is Star Wars.

This helmet is a perfect example of a custom Star Wars helmet that looks like it came right out of the original trilogy. I instantly recognized the concept. If you can take a rebel pilot helmet and put it on a stormtrooper helmet to make a TIE pilot, why not put a rebel pilot helmet on a mando helmet to make a mando pilot? I love it. The cast was flawless and smooth as glass. Unlike with other sellers, there was no flashing and was practically ready for paint. This was my 2nd helmet from Lonewolf and it won’t be the last. Also, I love that it came with a bag of greeblies to place on the helmet. It’s the little touches that add up!
