Lonewolf Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly encourage our customers to ship via a method that comes with insurance (USPS Priority Mail) and contact us if they would like to add additional insurance to their purchase as to over the full value of their purchase.
Order Fulfillment times:
It is important to us to get you your item(s) as soon as possible. Please understand that all of our items are handmade and that there is a high amount of care and craftsmanship that goes into each order to ensure each order meets our high standards on quality that Lonewolf Customs is known for worldwide. Keep in mind that after a sale or around a holiday, the order count increases and therefore both order fulfillment and shipping times may increase.
Different items will be fulfilled depending on their availability. Below are some of the estimated fulfillment times. (Order fulfillment means package leaving Lonewolf Customs HQ).
- Raw cast helmets without special services added typically ship within one week.
- Helmets with cut out services typically ship in 1-2 weeks.
- Helmets with fully painted services typically ship in 4-6 weeks.
- Quidditch robes typically ship in 3-4 weeks
- Quidditch pads typically ship in 4-6 weeks
- Items that are ready made typically ship in 2-3 business days
- Other made to order items typically take 1-2 weeks.

Item(s) are mailed out via USPS. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, shipping transit times are up to the carrier; we have no control over delays, slow downs, etc. by the carrier, so we cannot make any guarantees on delivery speed or delivery time. We recommend checking in with the carrier for known delays, etc.
Change of Address:
If you need to make any change to your shipping address, you must contact us BEFORE your item(s) ship. The buyer understands that they are responsible for this update. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be recalled. If the buyer no longer has access to that address, they are still responsible for the cost of the item(s). No refunds will be offered due to buyer negligence.
